Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Affiliates should comply with all laws of their country of residence when promoting the Gardenstuff website. This includes not using spam or unsolicited email to promote the Gardenstuff website.
Payments are in New Zealand currency and include GST. All payments are calculated based on completed successful orders. Payments can not be made for any orders which are cancelled. All payments will be made monthly when your commission, based on 10 percent of the order value, exceeds 50 dollars.
Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in the affiliate account being deleted and in such case all commissions due will be void. If the affiliate account is removed the affiliate will be advised and must remove any links on their website and must cease any promotions immediately.
